All claims of damages or shortages must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery date. No exceptions.
Any product may be returned for any reason within 30 days for full credit. Customer must pay shipping to return the item(s).
Customers must reach out via email or telephone number to discuss the issues with the product and provide photographic proof. If the product is separated or is determined to be defective for any other reason, customers can then return the product and receive a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds must be approved by our company.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
We guarantee our products shelf life up to 1 year. If your product becomes defective over time you will have to contact us directly and provide photographic proof.
